Overview

For a monster truck, the Avalanche drives pretty well, with good steering and brake-pedal feel. Based on the same platform as the Chevy Silverado full-size pickup, this truck has GM’s innovative Midgate feature, which allows pass-through capability between the cargo box and the cabin, vastly increasing versatility. Maneuverability is an issue, however.
